Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the various services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Golden Crab (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must agree to and comply with these Terms to use the Service.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships concerning the use of the Service between the User and the Operator.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal activities
  • Acts that place an excessive burden on the network or systems of the Service
  • Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Acts of unauthorized access or use of restricted features (such as Premium features) by tampering with the program, reverse engineering, or using other fraudulent means
  • Acts of impersonating other users
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 3 (Penalty and Damages)

1. If it is found that a user has violated the prohibited acts in the preceding article and accessed Premium features through fraudulent means, the user shall pay the Operator a penalty of 1,000,000 JPY (including tax).

2. The provision of the preceding paragraph shall not prevent the Operator from claiming damages exceeding the penalty against the user.

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Operator may stop or suspend the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the Users if any of the following circumstances are deemed to apply:

  • When performing maintenance inspection or updating of computer systems related to the Service
  • When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as an earthquake, lightning strike, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
  • When the Operator deems it difficult to provide the Service for any other reason

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Operator makes no warranty, whether express or implied, that there are no defects (including, but not limited to, defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights) with respect to the Service. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages arising out of the user’s use of the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms of Service)

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users if deemed necessary.
